
Credit Card on File & Damage Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which Starboy Auto Group requires a valid credit card to be kept on file for all chauffeured vehicle rentals. The language and structure of this policy are consistent with standard practices used by limousine and chauffeured transportation companies operating in the State of Texas. The policy is intended to protect the company from unpaid overage charges, damages, excessive cleaning fees, and violations of rental terms while maintaining transparency and fairness for our clients.
Credit Card Authorization Requirement
- Charges incurred for exceeding the contracted booking time
- Physical damage to the vehicle or its interior
- Excessive cleaning resulting from client behavior
- Repair or replacement costs due to misuse or negligence
- Violations of rental terms (including but not limited to smoking, prohibited substances, or unauthorized passengers)
Hourly Overage Charges

Overage time is billed in 1-hour increments at the applicable hourly rate for the vehicle

Any portion of an overage increment is rounded up to the next full increment

The client’s credit card on file will be charged for all overage time without requiring additional authorization at the time of service
The chauffeur’s log and/or company dispatch records will be used to determine overage time.
Damage and Cleaning Fees
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental period, including but not limited to:

Torn or stained upholstery

Broken glass, fixtures, lighting, or electronics

Damage caused by misuse of doors, windows, or partitions

Burns, odors, or residue from smoking or prohibited substances

Biohazard cleanup (vomit, bodily fluids, or similar conditions)

Charges will reflect the actual cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement, including labor and parts

Supporting documentation (photos, invoices, or repair estimates) may be retained by the company
Notification of Charges
When feasible, clients will be notified of any additional charges related to overages or damages within 24–72 hours of service completion. However, immediate charging may occur when necessary to prevent loss or ensure timely repair.
Credit Card Storage and Deletion

Credit card information is stored securely using industry-standard payment processing systems

The card on file is retained only for a limited period after service completion to allow for inspection, damage assessment, and final billing

Unless an active dispute or unresolved charge exists, the credit card will be deleted from our system within 7 days after the rental is completed

The dispute must be submitted in writing via email to info@starboyautogroup.com within 7 days

The company will review all available documentation before making a final determination

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in denial of future service
Agreement
By booking a service with Starboy Auto Group, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Credit Card on File & Damage Policy. This policy is considered part of the rental agreement and is enforceable upon confirmation of booking.
Starboy Auto Group Policy: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all bookings. The card may be charged for time exceeding the scheduled rental (billed in 1-hour increments), vehicle damage, or excessive cleaning. The card will be securely deleted within 7 days after service completion if no additional charges apply. Submission of payment and confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
