Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the rental start time receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not available for early returns.
