Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and we want you to book with confidence. Our updated cancellation and refund policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring we can plan properly for your trip.
Cancellations:
- Bookings made more than 7 days in advance: Cancel anytime up to 72 hours before your rental start time for a full refund.
- Bookings made within 7 days of rental:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the rental start time receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are not available for early returns.
Modifications:
- Reservation changes are subject to availability.
- Fees may apply to date/time changes.
This policy is designed to give you flexibility while allowing us to schedule drivers and vehicles efficiently.
