Welcome to Starboy Auto Group. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Use of Services:

  • You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

Payment and Charges:

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • You are responsible for any tolls, tickets, or damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

Prohibited Use:

  • Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities or unauthorized racing.
  • Smoking and transporting pets in vehicles is prohibited unless otherwise permitted.

Liability:

  • Starboy Auto Group is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
  • Renters assume all liability during the rental term.

 

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient ride, all passengers are required to review and comply with the following luggage policy at the time of booking:

Luggage Capacity & Disclosure
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type and passenger count. Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the number of passengers and the amount of luggage at the time of booking. This is especially important when traveling with more than one passenger, as luggage space may be limited.

Advance Notification Required
If your party will be traveling with more than one bag per passenger, oversized items (e.g., golf bags, skis, strollers), or specialty luggage, you must notify us in advance so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. Failure to do so may result in insufficient space.
 
Vehicle Limitations
Drivers are not permitted to overload vehicles beyond manufacturer safety limits. If luggage exceeds the available capacity of the assigned vehicle, service may be delayed, modified, or canceled at the customer’s expense. Additional vehicles or vehicle upgrades may incur extra charges.
 
Liability Disclaimer
While we take reasonable care in handling luggage, the company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during transport. Passengers are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.
 
Customer Acknowledgment
By booking our services, the customer acknowledges responsibility for confirming passenger count and luggage requirements and agrees to comply with this policy.
